The fertile soil and ideal climate of the region contribute to the exceptional quality of Jingu tea. The tea farmers in this area have honed their skills for generations of more than 1000 years and the wide variety of indigenous tea tree cultivars make Jingu a very unique tea origin for Rishi Tea.

Traditional Preparation
Add 6 grams of tea per 11 ounces (320ml) water into a glass or porcelain teapot.
Use water cooled to 185°F.
Infuse for 3-4 minutes. Repeat for another 3+ infusions, increasing the steeping time by 30 seconds with each additional infusion.
