Porcelain Tasting Spoon

An essential tool for running tea tastings and tea cuppings, this Tasting Spoon is made of the same clear white porcelain as our Rishi Tea Cupping Sets. The Tasting Spoon is used to slurp up a taste of tea from the Cupping Set. While some tea tasters use a stainless steel tasting spoon, we prefer a porcelain spoon so as not to affect the taste of the tea as we are tasting the infusion. To set up your own Cupping Room, first decide how many teas you'll want to compare at a given time, and pick up that many Cupping Sets. Then pick up one Tasting Spoon for every tea taster that will be participating in your tea tastings at one time.
