for botanical teas that don’t contain licorice root because LR raises my blood pressure. I found to get the true flavor this tea needs to be stewed just a little while on low heat to really release the flavor. More importantly, it appears the elderberries help cool me at night before bed. Or maybe it’s the Schisandra berries.
