Traditional Preparation
Mix 2 Tbsp chai, 1 cup water, and 1 cup milk in a saucepan. Bring to a boil then reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in sugar or sweetener to taste. Strain into a mug or pitcher and enjoy! Chai can also be enjoyed over ice.

Yummy for winter
I've tried a few different Rishi chai teas and this is my favorite. Because it was only offered in

a 1 lb quantity, I was reluctant to order. But as soon as I tasted it, I knew drinking it up would be no problem at all. It's deliciously flavorful. I use 2 tsp+, brew for 7 min, then add honey and half and half. Alternately, real vanilla ice cream, melted, is great in it too! Love that it has no caffeine so I can drink as much as I want.
