We source our turmeric from select origins where loamy soils and tropical climates yield high-quality roots rich in curcumin. We seek red turmeric with deep, saturated infusions, pungent flavor and complex aromatic character. Not all turmeric meets our standards, and not all regions can produce the quality we need for our blends—so we source from multiple areas to ensure premium quality.
