Known to botanists as German Chamomile, Matricaria recutita has been cultivated and used around the Mediterranean for centuries. We select the highest quallity chamomile blossoms from pristine growing regions in Eastern Europe, which yields flowers that are far more lusciously sweet and pure than the more common Egyptian chamomile.
