A Tea Celebrated the World Over

It doesn’t have to be hot outside to enjoy an excellent hibiscus tea. Brewed around the world in places like Africa, India and South America, hibiscus flowers have origins tracing back to Egypt and Sudan, where they historically held a deep spiritual and medicinal importance. Notable for its bright color, floral flavor and tartness, it's no wonder the hibiscus flower has been celebrated by cultures worldwide. Caffeine-free and excellent hot or iced, the teas in this collection are a phenomenal way to refresh yourself and recharge, whether you’re using a botanical hibiscus powder or brewing a pot of loose leaf tea.

How to Brew Hibiscus Tea

This tea is simple to brew in loose leaf or sachet form. For a hot tea, we suggest brewing 1.5 tablespoons of loose leaf hibiscus tea with 12 ounces of hot water for 3 to 5 minutes. For an iced tea, simply brew for a few minutes longer and pour over ice.

Our botanical tea powders are just as easy to use. Add 2 teaspoons of powder to 2 ounces of hot water until dissolved, then add 6 ounces of cold water. Sweeten to your taste and enjoy!
