How to Brew Springtime Teas

Spring teas can offer a wide range of expressions, and brewing can be adjusted to highlight each one’s unique character. As a general guide, steep 1.5 tablespoons of loose leaf tea in 12 ounces of water heated to around 200℉ for 2–4 minutes.

For more delicate botanicals—such as Orange Blossom or Chamomile Medley—opt for lower water temperatures between 160℉ and 175℉ to preserve their soft aromatics and nuanced flavors.
