Ingredients
- 2 oz Infuse Sotol
- 1 oz Fresh Meyer lemon juice
- 1 oz Freshly whisked Rishi Tea Teahouse Matcha
Preparation
- In a cocktail shaker with ice, add 2 oz Infused Sotol, 1oz Agave Syrup, 1oz Fresh Meyer lemon Juice.
- Shake until very cold.
- Double strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice.
- Float 1 oz of freshly whisked matcha on top.
Artemisia Qi Tonic Infused Sotol
Ingredients
- 750m mL Sotol
- 12 grams Artemisia Qi Tonic Herb Lab Blend by Rishi
Preparation
- Add to a 1L Mason Jar, shake, and cold brew for 24 hours (shaking from time to time).
- Strain into a mason jar and reserve.
