Ingredients
- Glass: Collins
- 1.5 oz tequila blanco
- 1.5 oz Rishi Tea & Botanicals Moonlight Jasmine watermelon juice (recipe below)
- 3 dash rhubarb bitters
- Grapefruit Quince Sparkling Botanical
- dehydrated lime wheel
- black salt (for garnish)
Preparation
- In shaker combine Tequila Blanco, Moonlight Jasmine watermelon juice, rhubarb bitters, ice and shake for 10 seconds
- Strain into salt-rimmed glass with fresh ice. Fill with Grapefruit Quince Sparkling Botanicals
- Garnish with dehydrated lime wheel
Notes
Moonlight Jasmine Watermelon Juice
- In 400 ml simple brew, add 5g Moonlight Jasmine and fill with strained watermelon juice
- Infuse ambient for 3 hours and strain
- Store in refrigerator
Black Salt Rim
Wet glass rim with lime wedge and roll into black salt.
