Ingredients

  • Glass: Collins
  • 1.5 oz tequila blanco
  • 1.5 oz Rishi Tea & Botanicals Moonlight Jasmine watermelon juice (recipe below)
  • 3 dash rhubarb bitters
  • Grapefruit Quince Sparkling Botanical
  • dehydrated lime wheel
  • black salt (for garnish)

Preparation

  1. In shaker combine Tequila Blanco, Moonlight Jasmine watermelon juice, rhubarb bitters, ice and shake for 10 seconds
  2. Strain into salt-rimmed glass with fresh ice. Fill with Grapefruit Quince Sparkling Botanicals
  3. Garnish with dehydrated lime wheel

Notes

Moonlight Jasmine Watermelon Juice

  • In 400 ml simple brew, add 5g Moonlight Jasmine and fill with strained watermelon juice
  • Infuse ambient for 3 hours and strain
  • Store in refrigerator

Black Salt Rim

Wet glass rim with lime wedge and roll into black salt.
