Matcha Mojito

A simple blend of matcha green tea, lime, and mint mixed with fresh white rum make this a fun and fruity twist on a rum cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 3 lime slices
  • 8 torn mint leaves
  • 1 tsp Rishi Everyday Matcha
  • 3/4 oz simple syrup
  • 1.5 oz white rum

Preparation

  1. Place lime slices, mint leaves, Everyday Matcha and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Muddle to release and combine flavors.
  2. Fill shaker half way with ice and add white rum.
  3. Cover, and shake until cold. Transfer to a glass and top with sparkling water. Garnish with fresh mint & lime.
