Ingredients

  • 4 oz brewed Rishi Maghreb Mint green tea blend
  • 3 oz kiwi-cucumber puree
  • 1/2 tsp Rishi Barista Matcha

Preparation

  1. Add brewed tea and purée to a cocktail shaker filled 50% with ice; shake well for 15 seconds.
  2. Strain into a 12-ounce glass filled with fresh ice.
  3. Sift matcha over a spouted matcha bowl; cover with 1 ounce filtered water (@180˚F).
  4. Whisk vigorously until frothy. Pour slowly over tea-purée mixture to maintain layers.

Maghreb Mint Green Tea Blend Ingredients

  • 10 grams tea
  • 20 oz (600ml) filtered water (@180˚F)

Kiwi-Cucumber Puree Ingredients

  • 100 g kiwi, peeled
  • 100 g cucumber
  • .75 oz fresh lime juice
  • .75 oz agave water
  • 13.5 oz brewed Rishi Maghreb Mint green tea blend

Maghreb Mint Green Tea Blend Preparation

  1. Infuse for 4 minutes. Decant fully.
  2. Allow to cool before drink assembly.

Kiwi-Cucumber Puree Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender, blend on high until smooth.
  2. Strain through a fine sieve.
