White Peony King Tequila Paloma

A luminous twist on the classic Paloma, this cocktail shimmers with the delicate elegance of White Peony King tea and citrus-kissed tequila. Bright pomelo and ruby red grapefruit mingle with one of our refreshing Sparkling Botanicals for a refreshingly bittersweet sip that’s as dreamy as a summer sunset.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz White Peony & Citrus-infused tequila (recipe & preparation below)
  • 1.75 oz fresh grapefruit juice (blend of pomelo and ruby red)
  • Rishi Grapefruit Quince Sparkling Botanical
  • Dehydrated cocktail grapefruit wheel (garnish)

Preparation

  1. In a cocktail shaker add ice, 2 oz infused tequila and 1.75 oz fresh grapefruit juice.
  2. Shake and double strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
  3. Top with Grapefruit Quince Sparkling Botanical.
  4. Garnish with a dehydrated cocktail grapefruit wheel.

Infused White Peony & Citrus Tequila Ingredients

  • 14g Rishi White Peony King loose leaf tea
  • 750mL tequila blanco
  • 60g dehydrated grapefruit wheels
  • 20g dehydrated Makrut lime wheels

Infused White Peony & Citrus Tequila Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a 1L jar, seal and shake.
  2. Cold brew in the fridge for 24 hours (shake occasionally).
  3. Strain into a new vessel before serving.
