Three Tips for Better Matcha
1) Buy from a high quality brand. Cut rate brands lack good flavor, and the benefits can't compare.
2) After the water boils add a little cool water to bring temperature below 170°F. (Water boils at 212°F)
3) Whisk your matcha for 10-20 seconds until there is a nice frothy foam on top.
