Ingredients
4g / 0.15 oz Lime juice
16g / 0.5 oz Guava syrup
80g / 2.7 oz Strawberry Tulsi Cold brew
20g / 0.7 oz Vanilla Mint Chai syrup
Optional spritz: 20g Monkey Shoulder
Cinnamon stick
Preparation
1. Char the cinnamon sticks with a blowtorch, then tilt the cups to flavor them
2. Fill the cup two-thirds full of ice cubes
3. Add 4g Lime juice
4. Add 16g Guava syrup
5. Add 80g Strawberry Tulsi Cold brew
6. Add 20g Vanilla Mint Chai syrup
7. Optional spritz : 20g Monkey Shoulder
8. Garnish with Cinnamon stick
Strawberry Tulsi Cold brew recipe for 6 cups
1. 10g Strawberry Tulsi in 100ml of water at 185ºF for 5 minutes
2. Add 400ml water
3. Cold brew in the refrigerator for 14 hours
Vanilla Mint Chai Syrup - Tea : Water : Sugar = 3 : 30 : 10
1. When the water starts to boil, add the tea leaves and steep over low heat for 5 minutes
2. Add the sugar and simmer for another 5 minutes, stirring to prevent the sugar from sticking
3. Strain the tea leaves
