Tea Infused Ice Pops

Beat the heat with homemade popsicles made with freshly brewed and cooled fruit teas.

Ingredients

  • 6 cups brewed Rishi tea, like Patagonia Wild Guava, Hibiscus Berry, Turmeric Mango and Patagonia Super Berry
  • 1-2 Tbsp sugar, agave or honey

Preparation

  1. Brew tea according to package. You can do one flavor or multiple flavors.
  2. When the tea is still hot, sweeten to taste.
  3. Chill completely in refrigerator.
  4. Pour into ice pop mold and freeze until solid. If you want to make multi-flavor pops, simply fill your mold halfway, freeze solid, and then repeat the process with another flavor.
  5. Remove from the mold by running a bit of warm water over it and pulling each pop out.
