- 100g / 3.5 oz Peach Blossom Cold brew
- 12g / 0.4 oz Grenadine syrup
- 8g / 0.3 oz Verveine syrup
- Optional spritz : 10g / 0.35 oz Campari
- Lemon thyme
Preparation
1. Fill the cup two-thirds full of ice cubes
2. Add 100g Peach blossom Cold brew
3. Add 12g Grenadine syrup
4. Add 8g Verveine Syrup
5. Optional spritz: 10g Campari
6. Garnish with lemon thyme
Peach Blossom Cold brew recipe for 5 cups
1. 10g Peach blossom in 100ml of water at 185ºF for 5 minutes
2. Add 400ml water
3. Cold brew in the refrigerator for 14 hours
