Quince Eucalyptus is a delightfully quenching botanical blend drawing upon layers of inspiration. During wintertime travels in Korea, we enjoyed traditional soothing herbal teas prepared with quince—a fruit. related to apples and pears. We built upon the bright sweetness of quince by adding uplifting citrus and a flight of herbs from the Patagonia including linden, hawthorn and eucalyptus. . I should not have doubted! The quince is a bit tart, but not as tart as raspberry teas (which I typically dislike). Somehow this tea has a really appealing, balanced complexity to it. It exceeded my expectations--I'm looking forward to enjoying it often!
