What if I'm Interested in a Return?

Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return reference number. All requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. Please include your full name, order number, lot number(s) and any details that will help us address your concern.
The fine print: A return will not be accepted without a reference number.
No returns or credits will be extended past this 30-day limit or on any opened items.
Original and return shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Expired promos cannot be extended to an exchange order.

Refund or exchanges are not offered based on personal taste.
