Red Turmeric Powder with Water:
Add 1 teaspoon to a matcha bowl (tea bowl). Add 100 mL hot water (195°F), whisk until frothy and enjoy. This turmeric shot is great on its own, or it can be diluted with added hot water, lemon and honey or cane sugar to taste.
Red Turmeric Powder Latte:
Whisk 1 teaspoon into 100 mL steamed milk and pour into a mug. Top off with 150 mL steamed milk with or without sweetener. Adding a ½ teaspoon of bamboo ginger powder to the turmeric whisking stage adds a pleasant spice.
