Ingredients
- 3 oz Schisandra Berry Sparkling Botanicals
- 1.5 oz Blackberry Hibiscus Macerations
- .75 oz lemon juice
- 3-4 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
Preparation
- In a cocktail shaker, add blackberry hibiscus, lemon juice, bitters, and ice
- Shake hard for 15-20 seconds
- Double strain into Collins glass with fresh ice
- Express lemon zest and garnish
Blackberry Hibiscus Macerations
In a mixing bowl, add 12 oz fresh blackberries, 24g Rishi Tea & Botanicals Hibiscus loose leaf and 16oz sugar. Mix in bowl and lightly squash berries. Allow to sit overnight. Transfer to saucepan and add 16oz water, bringing to a simmer. Allow to cool and strain. Store in refrigerator.
