Ingredients

  • 4 oz Moonlight Jasmine brew (recipe below)
  • 1 oz spearmint syrup
  • 1.5 tsp fresh lime juice (not pasteurized)
  • 2 g (t tsp) Rishi Butterfly Pea Flower Botanical Powder
  • 1/2 c ice
  • 3.5 oz seltzer, chilled

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients except for seltzer in a cocktail shaker
  2. Shake to chill and foam
  3. Transfer contents to a chilled glass; do not strain or add ice
  4. Top with seltzer

  1. Brew 3 mins, strain fully. Allow to cool before drink assembly.
