1 Cocoa Mint Sachet or serving of loose leaf in a diffuser or teabag filter
5 oz water
5 oz milk of choice
1.5 oz simple syrup
2 tsp cocoa powder
Fresh mint leaves
Cocoa nibs garnish
Add all ingredients to a small saucepan (except for garnish)
Bring to a low simmer and allow to infuse for 10 mins, stirring occasionally
Serve and top with cocoa nibs to taste
Alternative method: Steep sachet in water for 5 minutes. Warm combination of milk of choice, simple syrup, fresh mint and cocoa powder. Combine tea and milk together and serve. Top with cocoa nibs garnish to taste.
Cocktail suggestion: Add 1-2 oz vodka of choice before serving once beverage is warm.
