Ingredients
- 6 oz mushroom hero cold-brew milk (recipe below)
- 6 oz frozen, ripened banana chunks* (~ 2 medium bananas)
- 3/4 oz dark brown syrup (recipe below)
- 2 tsp malt powder
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1 tbsp crushed toffee or chocolate pieces
Preparation
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend on high speed until smooth, 20-30 seconds. Set aside.
- To garnish glass, add 1/2 tsp dark brown syrup to a 12 oz pint glass.
- Using a small brush, spread the syrup so the interior is fully coated.
- Then add your toffee or chocolate pieces; rotate/swirl the glass to spread the piece and cover as much as the interior glass surface as possible.
- Once glass is prepped, pour blended contents inside and enjoy!
Dark Brown Simple Syrup Ingredients
- 6g Rishi Mushroom Hero botanical blend
- 9 oz filtered water @ 200°F
- 12 oz dark muscovado sugar
Mushroom Hero Cold-Brew Milk Ingredients
- 20g Rishi Mushroom Hero botanical blend
- 3 oz filtered water @ 200°F
- 27 oz milk
Dark Brown Simple Syrup Preparation
- Combine botanical blend and hot water; brew for 5-6 mins.
- Strain infusion into small sauce pot over low heat; discard botanicals.
- Add sugar; stir periodically until fully dissolved. Do not boil.
Mushroom Hero Cold-Brew Milk Preparation
- Add botanicals to a 32 oz mason jar
- Cover with hot water, infuse for 1 min
- Add milk; seal & shake to incorporate
- Refrigerate 6-8 hours
- Strain fully; use for cold or hot drinks
