"I love the level of spice, and the flavor is just right with a splash of milk (and a drop of cinnamon honey, if you like it sweet)!" - Patricia G.
Saffron Bitters
Euphoric aromatics and energy of
saffron, eucalyptus and cardamom with
dynamic structure and balance from
citrus peels, medicinal roots and fennel
About this tea
Our Herb Lab Series Saffron Bitters is inspired by the complexity and bracingly bitter edge of Fernet Branca with its heady eucalyptus and exotic herbal notes and by La Strega which is noted for its bittersweet and golden liquor infused with Angelica and saffron. Rishi's Saffron Bitters is an ode to herbalists' and mixologists' creativity and passion. It can be infused as an herbal tea or cold brewed in vodka for 10 days and filtered to create an herbal liqueur of your own. Our blend features the aromatic fruits and rinds of rare citrus and bergamots as well as top grade saffron and a plethora of rarified quality botanicals that create the balance and energy of this amazing blend.
