Ingredients

  • 2 oz Infused potato vodka (instructions below)
  • 6 oz Fever Tree tonic water

Preparation

  1. In a Collins glass, fill with 1 inch of ice cubes
  2. Add 2 oz of the Infused potato vodka
  3. Top with 6 oz Fever Tree Tonic

Saffron Bitters Infused Potato Vodka Ingredients

  • 750 ml potato vodka
  • 15 grams Rishi Tea & Botanicals Saffron Bitters

Saffron Bitters Infused Potato Vodka Preparation

  1. Add to 1 liter Mason jar, shake, and cold brew for 24 hours (shaking occasionally).
  2. Strain into Mason jar and reserve.
