Ingredients
- 2 oz Infused potato vodka (instructions below)
- 6 oz Fever Tree tonic water
Preparation
- In a Collins glass, fill with 1 inch of ice cubes
- Add 2 oz of the Infused potato vodka
- Top with 6 oz Fever Tree Tonic
Saffron Bitters Infused Potato Vodka Ingredients
- 750 ml potato vodka
- 15 grams Rishi Tea & Botanicals Saffron Bitters
Saffron Bitters Infused Potato Vodka Preparation
- Add to 1 liter Mason jar, shake, and cold brew for 24 hours (shaking occasionally).
- Strain into Mason jar and reserve.
