Ingredients
- 4 oz cold brew Moonlight Jasmine by Rishi Tea & Botanicals
- 1 oz double-strength ginger syrup
- 1 oz pomegranate juice
- .75 oz fresh lemon juice
- Fresh lemon wheel, for garnish
Preparation
- Using a shaker, add all ingredients and top with ice.
- Shake hard until chilled.
- Double strain into a double rocks glass with fresh ice.
- Garnish with fresh lemon wheel.
Double-strength Ginger Syrup Ingredients
- 5g Ginger by Rishi Tea & Botanicals
- 10 oz filtered water (@200°F)
Cold Brewed Moonlight Jasmine Ingredients
- 10g Moonlight Jasmine by Rishi Tea & Botanicals
- 1 liter of filtered water
Double-strength Ginger Syrup Preparation
- Infuse ginger in water for 5-6 mins. Strain/decant fully into a small saucepan set on medium-low heat.
- Just before liquid returns to simmer, turn off heat and add remaining 5g tea.
- Cover and infuse for 5-6 mins.
- Strain/decant fully into a blender, add 1 cup sugar and blend on low until sugar dissolves completely and strain.
Cold Brewed Moonlight Jasmine Preparation
- Steep in refrigerator for 8 hours
