Grapefruit Quince & Thyme Spritz

Ingredients

  • 1-2oz thyme-infused grapefruit juice
  • 10 oz Grapefruit Quince Sparkling Botanicals
  • Thyme garnish, optional

Preparation: Thyme-Infused Grapefruit Juice

  • In a 600mL simple brew, add a bunch of fresh thyme sprigs
  • Pour 100mL 200°F water over sprigs
  • Steep for 5 min
  • Add 400mL grapefruit juice
  • Steep in fridge overnight or for at least 8 hours
  • Keeps for 1 week
  • Add 1-2 oz thyme-infused grapefruit juice with 10 oz Grapefruit Quince Sparkling Botanicals to a 16 oz glass filled with ice and garnish with thyme
