Ingredients
- 2 oz Strong Brew Ginger Lime Rooibos
- 1 oz orange juice
- .75 oz double-strength ginger syrup
- .5 oz lemon juice
- 1 tsp mango chutney
- Dandelion Ginger Sparkling Botanicals
- Tajin-dipped mango, for garnish
Preparation
- Add Ginger Lime Rooibos by Rishi Tea & Botanicals, ginger syrup, lemon juice, orange juice, and mango chutney to shaker with ice
- Shake hard until combined and chilled
- Strain into glass, add fresh ice, and top with Dandelion Ginger Sparkling Botanicals
- Garnish with mango slice dipped in Tajin
Strong Brew Ginger Lime Rooibos Ingredients
- 12g Ginger Lime Rooibos by Rishi Tea & Botanicals
- 500ml filtered water at 200°F
Double-strength Ginger Syrup Ingredients
- 10g Ginger by Rishi Tea & Botanicals
- 10 oz filtered water at 200°F
- 1 cup sugar
Strong Brew Ginger Lime Rooibos Preparation
- Steep for 10 mins and decant. Cool in refrigerator until chilled.
Double-strength Ginger Syrup Preparation
- Infuse 5g of Ginger tea for 5-6 mins
- Strain/decant fully into a small saucepan set on medium-low heat
- Just before liquid returns to simmer, turn off heat and add remaining 5g tea
- Cover and infuse for 5-6 mins
- Strain/decant fully into a blender, add sugar and blend on low until sugar dissolves completely
