Ingredients

  • 2 oz Strong Brew Ginger Lime Rooibos
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • .75 oz double-strength ginger syrup
  • .5 oz lemon juice
  • 1 tsp mango chutney
  • Dandelion Ginger Sparkling Botanicals
  • Tajin-dipped mango, for garnish

Preparation

  1. Add Ginger Lime Rooibos by Rishi Tea & Botanicals, ginger syrup, lemon juice, orange juice, and mango chutney to shaker with ice
  2. Shake hard until combined and chilled
  3. Strain into glass, add fresh ice, and top with Dandelion Ginger Sparkling Botanicals
  4. Garnish with mango slice dipped in Tajin

Strong Brew Ginger Lime Rooibos Ingredients

  • 12g Ginger Lime Rooibos by Rishi Tea & Botanicals
  • 500ml filtered water at 200°F

Double-strength Ginger Syrup Ingredients

Strong Brew Ginger Lime Rooibos Preparation

  1. Steep for 10 mins and decant. Cool in refrigerator until chilled.

Double-strength Ginger Syrup Preparation

  1. Infuse 5g of Ginger tea for 5-6 mins
  2. Strain/decant fully into a small saucepan set on medium-low heat
  3. Just before liquid returns to simmer, turn off heat and add remaining 5g tea
  4. Cover and infuse for 5-6 mins
  5. Strain/decant fully into a blender, add sugar and blend on low until sugar dissolves completely
  6. Strain
