Earth & Sky Matcha Latte

A vibrant, planet-loving latte made in appreciation of Earth








Ingredients

6 oz Blue Milk

  • 2 tsp Rishi Butterfly Pea Flower Powder
  • 3 oz filtered water at room temperature
  • 32 oz whole milk or milk alternative (recommend unsweetened coconut milk)

1 oz Jasmine Syrup

  • 10g Rishi Jasmine or Moonlight Jasmine green tea, divided
  • 10 oz filtered water at 180°F
  • 12 oz sugar

1 tsp Rishi Barista Matcha, sifted

  • 2.5 oz filtered water at 160°F
Preparation
  1. Prep Blue Milk: Shake Rishi Butterfly Pea Flower Powder with water until combined. Stir into milk or milk alternative (recommend unsweetened coconut milk).
  2. Prep Jasmine Syrup: Infuse 5 grams Rishi Jasmine or Moonlight Jasmine in hot water for 3 minutes. Strain fully into a small saucepan over medium-low heat. When the infusion temperature returns to 180°F, turn off heat and stir in remaining 5 grams of tea. Cover and infuse for 3 minutes, then strain fully. Combine the infusion with sugar and stir until dissolved.
  3. Prep Matcha: Combine sifted Rishi Barista Matcha with water at 160°F; whisk 15 seconds.
  4. Create Latte: Add Jasmine Syrup and Blue Milk to a 16 oz glass filled with ice; stir. Pour mixed matcha on top.
