Ingredients
- 2 oz Masala Chai Infused Rye Whiskey
- 1 sugar cube
- 3 dashes black walnut bitters
- 3 dashes Angostura bitters
- Orange zest, to garnish
Preparation
- Using a double rocks glass, add a sugar cube to the glass
- Dash both types of bitters over the top of the sugar cube
- Stir to dissolve almost completely
- Add ice and Masala Chai infused rye whiskey
- Stir until remaining sugar is dissolved and whiskey is properly diluted
- Express one orange peel and garnish with fresh orange zest

Masala Chai Infused Rye Whiskey
Using 10 grams Rishi Tea & Botanicals Masala Chai per 200 ml rye whiskey, infuse for 24 hours and strain out tea.
