Masala Chai Overnight Oats

Use masala chai or earthy chaga mushroom tea to give your overnight oats for a spicy twist on your morning meal.

Ingredients

  • 7 oz milk
  • 7 oz Rishi Masala Chai Concentrate
  • 12 oz rolled oats
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 6 oz vanilla yogurt
  • 1 ripe banana, smashed
  • 2 Tbsp almond butter (optional)

Preparation

  1. Fold all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until well combined.
  2. Transfer to desired container(s) and refrigerate for 5 hours minimum to overnight.
  3. Before serving, adjust consistency as needed with additional milk or concentrate.
  4. Optional garnishes: bruléed banana, cacao sweet nibs
