Ingredients

  • 2 ea butterfly pea flower ice cubes
  • 3 oz brewed Rishi Blue Jasmine green tea blend
  • 1 oz aloe vera concentrate or gel
  • 4 oz tonic water

Preparation

  1. Make Ice Cubes in advance (see below)
  2. Add ice cubes to a 12-ounce glass
  3. Add brewed tea and aloe vera
  4. Top with tonic water

  1. Steep for 4 minutes and decant fully.
  2. Allow to cool before drink assembly.

Butterfly Pea Flower Ice Cubes Preparation

  1. Steep for 6 minutes and decant fully.
  2. Freeze in molds 2” to 2.5” cubed.
