Ingredients
- 2 ea butterfly pea flower ice cubes
- 3 oz brewed Rishi Blue Jasmine green tea blend
- 1 oz aloe vera concentrate or gel
- 4 oz tonic water
Preparation
- Make Ice Cubes in advance (see below)
- Add ice cubes to a 12-ounce glass
- Add brewed tea and aloe vera
- Top with tonic water

- 6 grams Blue Jasmine Green Tea
- 27 ounces filtered water @ 190°F
Butterfly Pea Flower Ice Cubes Ingredients
- 4.5 grams Rishi Butterfly Pea Flowers
- 20 ounces filtered water @ 200°F
Blue Jasmine Green Tea Blend Preparation
- Steep for 4 minutes and decant fully.
- Allow to cool before drink assembly.
Butterfly Pea Flower Ice Cubes Preparation
- Steep for 6 minutes and decant fully.
- Freeze in molds 2” to 2.5” cubed.
