Ingredients
- 4 grams Rishi Hibiscus Berry herbal tea
- 8.5 oz (250 ml) of water at 200°F
- 1 oz Ginger Lime Agave Water
- 1/4 oz orange blossom water
- 1/4 ox fresh lime juice
Preparation
- Brew Hibiscus Berry tea in water for 10 minutes and strain fully. Allow to cool before drink assembly.
- Add brewed tea and remaining ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled 50% with ice.
- Shake well fro 15 seconds. Strain into chilled coupe glass.
- Optional garnish: floating lime wheel
Ginger Lime Agave Water Ingredients
- 24 g Rishi Ginger Lime Rooibos herbal tea
- 13 oz agave nectar
Ginger Lime Agave Water Preparation
- Infuse 12 grams tea in 12.5 ounces (400ml) filtered water at 200°F for 10 minutes.
- Strain full into a small saucepan portioned with agave over medium heat; bring to summer for 30 seconds.
- Remove from heat; add remaining 12 grams tea. Infused for 10 minutes; strain fully.
- Allow to cool before drink assembly.
