FAQs
How does the Sweet Thai Tea Powder get its distinctive orange color?
Most traditional Thai tea mixes use artificial food coloring to create the orange color of the tea. At Rishi Tea, we wanted to create a delicious organic Thai tea mix that we could enjoy guilt-free. Our mix uses organic beetroot powder to give the tea its vibrant color.
How do I bake with my Thai tea powder?
Tea powders are easy to bake with. You can use a few different methods to incorporate the flavor into your bake. The first is simply adding the powder directly to the mixture, and the second is dissolving the mix into a hot liquid or fat, such as oil or butter.
