Not all ginger is the same. We source ours from a variety of countries to make our signature and fragrant ginger-based blends. Our signature ginger flavor is noted to be spicy, pungent, citrusy and complex. Ginger from Mizoram and Nagaland are intercropped with ghost peppers, which gives them a complex aroma and heat. Unlike most ginger, which is mildly spicy and lemony, we select and import medicinal grades of ginger at the peak of maturity, exuding complex aromas of eucalyptus, pungent ginger spice and citrus. Rishi blends each of these gingers to create a balanced and bold cup.
