Rishi Tea




  • Glass: double rocks
  • 2 oz infused tequila (recipe below)
  • 1.75 oz fresh grapefruit juice (blend of Pomelo and Ruby Red)
  • Grapefruit Quince Sparkling Botanical by Rishi


  1. In a cocktail shaker add ice, 2 oz infused tequila, 1.75 oz fresh grapefruit
  2. Shake hard and double strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice
  3. Top with Grapefruit Quince Sparkling Botanical
  4. Garnish with a dehydrated cocktail grapefruit wheel

White Peony and Citrus Infused Tequila Ingredients

  • 750 mL Tequila blanco
  • 60 grams Dehydrated cocktail grapefruit wheels
  • 20 grams Dehydrated Makrut lime wheels
  • 14 grams Rishi Tea & Botanicals White Peony King

White Peony and Citrus Infused Tequila Preparation

  1. Add to a 1L Mason jar and shake
  2. Cold brew in the fridge for 24 hours (share from time to time)
  3. Strain into a mason jar and reserve
