Ingredients
- Glass: double rocks
- 2 oz infused tequila (recipe below)
- 1.75 oz fresh grapefruit juice (blend of Pomelo and Ruby Red)
- Grapefruit Quince Sparkling Botanical by Rishi
Preparation
- In a cocktail shaker add ice, 2 oz infused tequila, 1.75 oz fresh grapefruit
- Shake hard and double strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice
- Top with Grapefruit Quince Sparkling Botanical
- Garnish with a dehydrated cocktail grapefruit wheel
White Peony and Citrus Infused Tequila Ingredients
- 750 mL Tequila blanco
- 60 grams Dehydrated cocktail grapefruit wheels
- 20 grams Dehydrated Makrut lime wheels
- 14 grams Rishi Tea & Botanicals White Peony King
White Peony and Citrus Infused Tequila Preparation
- Add to a 1L Mason jar and shake
- Cold brew in the fridge for 24 hours (share from time to time)
- Strain into a mason jar and reserve
