Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 2 Tbsp Rishi Cinnamon Plum herbal tea infused whiskey or brandy, warm*
  • 1.5 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup prepared Rishi Cinnamon Plum herbal tea, hot

Preparation

  1. Combine maple cream ingredients** in a small jar (8 oz); seal tightly.
  2. Shake vigorously until mixture emulsifies and thickens slightly.
  3. Combine all cocktail ingredients in an 8-ounce glass.
  4. Top with generous spoonful of maple cream.

Tea-infused Alcohol Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons of loose leaf Rishi Cinnamon Plum Herbal tea
  • 400ml of middle shelf whiskey or brandy

Maple Cream Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 Tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Tea-infused Alcohol Preparation

  1. Infuse for 2 hours and strain.

Maple Cream Preparation

  1. Whip at high spped for a few minutes until it is to your desired texture.
