Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp pure maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp Rishi Cinnamon Plum herbal tea infused whiskey or brandy, warm*
- 1.5 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup prepared Rishi Cinnamon Plum herbal tea, hot
Preparation
- Combine maple cream ingredients** in a small jar (8 oz); seal tightly.
- Shake vigorously until mixture emulsifies and thickens slightly.
- Combine all cocktail ingredients in an 8-ounce glass.
- Top with generous spoonful of maple cream.
Tea-infused Alcohol Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of loose leaf Rishi Cinnamon Plum Herbal tea
- 400ml of middle shelf whiskey or brandy
Maple Cream Ingredients
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Tea-infused Alcohol Preparation
- Infuse for 2 hours and strain.
Maple Cream Preparation
- Whip at high spped for a few minutes until it is to your desired texture.
