Ingredients
- 5 oz Turmeric Ginger Chai Concentrate, chilled
- 4 oz mango sorbet
- 1 750 ml bottle Prosecco or sparking water, chilled
Preparation
- Combine 2 parts Turmeric Ginger Chai Concentrate to 1 part Mango Sorbet; stir or blend until smooth.
- Spoon 1 tablespoon of sorbet mixture in bottom of a Champagne flute.
- Fill glass 1/3 full with Prosecco; stir gently to combine. Top with more Prosecco; garnish with small seedless grapes (Champagne or Cotton Candy variety).
