- 80g / 3 oz Cold brew base
- 40g / 1.5 oz Sparkling water
- Optional spritz: 20g / 1 oz Lillet Blanc
- Rose buds or Rose petals
Preparation
1. Fill the cup two-thirds full of ice cubes
2. Add 80g Cold brew base
3. Add 40g Sparkling water
4. Optional spritz: 20g Lillet Blanc
5. Rose buds or Rose petals garnish
Cold brew base recipe for 6 cups
1. 10g White Tea Rose Melange in 500ml of White grape juice
2. Cold brew in the refrigerator for 14 hours
