Ingredients
- 2oz Azacca hops infused tequila (recipe below)
- 1.5 oz Meyer lemon juice, freshly squeezed
- 9 oz Black Lemon Sparkling Botanical
Preparation
- In a chilled Sparkling Botanical glass (in this order), 2 oz of Azacca hops infused tequila and 1.5 oz fresh squeezed Meyer lemon juice
- Top it off with Black Lemon Sparkling Botanical by Rishi
Azacca Hop Tequila Infusion Ingredients
- 750 mL Tequila Blanco
- 6.5 gram Whole Azacca Hops, torn
- 3.5 grams Rishi Tea & Botanicals Earl Grey Supreme
Azacca Hop Tequila Infusion Preparation
- Add all ingredients to a 1L Mason jar and shake well
- Let it cold brew in the fridge for 24 hours (shake from time to time)
- Strain into a Mason jar and reserve
