  • 1 lb uncured thick-cut bacon
  • 12 oz Rishi Masala or Chaga Chai Concentrate


  1. Separate bacon strips into a zip-top bag
  2. Pour Chai Concentrate over the bacon
  3. Squeeze out air from bag while sealing securely; massage bag to ensure bacon is thoroughly coated
  4. Refrigerate overnight
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F. Drain off liquid in preparation for baking*
  6. On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, arrange marinated bacon strips close together (but not overlapping) and bake for approximately 30-35 minutes, until crisp and caramelized.
  7. Let cool and serv


*optional step: reserve drained liquid to ‘mop’ over bacon 1 to 2 times during the last 10 minutes of baking for added chai flavor.
