An energizing tea cocktail highlighting elderberry and ginger, both known as adaptogenic herbs.

  • 20g / 0.7 oz Basil syrup
  • 10g / 0.35 oz Yuzu syrup
  • 100g / 3.5 oz Elderberry Healer Cold brew
  • Optional spritz: 10g / 0.35 oz Monkey Shoulder
  • Orange slices or orange peel


1. Fill the cup two-thirds full of ice cubes

2. Add 100g Elderberry Healer Cold brew

3. Add 20g Basil syrup

4. Add 10g Yuzu syrup

5. Optional spritz : 10g Monkey Shoulder

6. Orange slices or orange peel garnish

Elderberry Healer Cold brew recipe for 5 cups

1. 10g Elderberry Healer in 100ml of water at 200ºF for 5 minutes

2. Add 400ml water

3. Cold brew in the refrigerator for 14 hours

Basil syrup - Basil : Water : Sugar = 3 : 10 : 10

1. When the water starts to boil, add Basil and steep over low heat for 5 minutes

2. Add the sugar and simmer for another 5 minutes, stirring to prevent the sugar from sticking

3. Strain the Basil
