Ingredients

  • 2 oz fresh cucumber purée
  • 3 oz brewed Rishi Blue Jasmine green tea blend
  • 4 oz cucumber soda (Mr. Q brand)

Preparation

  1. Add cucumber purée to a 16-ounce glass; fill 50% with ice.
  2. Add brewed tea and top with cucumber soda.
  3. Serve with cucumber garnish.

  • 3 English cucumbers
  • 1 - 2 oz filtered water

  • 6 grams tea
  • 27 ounces filtered water @ 190°F

Fresh Cucumber Purée Preparation

  1. Peel, seed and cut cucumbers into large chunks; add to a blender with filtered water; blend on high until smooth and pourable.

Blue Jasmine Green Tea Blend Preparation

  1. Brew 4 minutes. Decant fully. Allow to cool before drink assembly.
