Ingredients
- 2 oz Infused white rum (recipe below)
- 6 oz Fever Tree tonic water
Preparation
- In a Collins glass, fill with 1-inch ice cubes
- Add 2 oz infused white rum
- Top with 6oz Fever Tree tonic water
- Lightly stir to mix
Artichoke Blend Infused White Rum Ingredients
- 750 ml white rum (Agricole preferably)
- 14 grams dehydrated bergamot citrus wheels
- 3 grams whole Rishi Tea & Botanicals Butterfly Pea Flower
- .7 grams dried artichoke herb tea
- 6 g Rishi Tea & Botanicals Moonlight Jasmine
Artichoke Blend Infused White Rum Preparation
- CAdd all ingredients to 1L Mason jar, shake and cold brew for 24 hours (shaking occasionally).
- Double strain into another Mason jar and reserve
