Inspired by our travels and the culinary street culture of Thailand comes our ultra-refreshing limeade series featuring juicy Thai lime. Hibiscus is the hero of “Nam Krajiap” and offers up a full-bodied, tart refresher with a deep crimson color.
Sweeten your limeade to taste and get experimental in the kitchen. These powders can be used to make innovative syrups for both regular and full-strength cocktails or try them in your popsicle and ice cube recipes.

Lime
Lime also holds cultural significance in many regions, being a staple ingredient in traditional cuisines and beverages.

Based on a 8oz cup of tea made with suggested steeping method relevant to the tea type. An average cup of coffee contains about 90 – 120 mg / 8oz cup.

Preparation

Preparation Notes
Stir 2 tsp (5g) into 2oz 180F water to dissolve.
Add 6oz cold water.
Optional: sweeten to taste.
Pour over ice and enjoy! Scale up recipe to batch as desired.
