How to Brew Cinnamon Teas

This collection includes a variety of tea types so we recommend reading the brewing instructions for each individual product so you can enjoy the perfect cup. The spice of these teas lends itself well to a hot brew method, but if you’re a fan of chilled beverages, you can serve them over ice to balance the warm spices.

While these teas feature cinnamon, we believe creating exceptional tea requires balance. We include other complementary spices and botanicals in these teas such as cardamom, ginger, plum and even cacao.

The teas in this collection all feature cinnamon, but represent a variety of different types of tea. From spicy black teas to cinnamon herbal teas, the caffeine levels differ based on the type of tea. In general our black and green varieties have medium to high levels of caffeine while most of our herbal blends naturally contain little to no caffeine.

Chai tea is black tea blended with a multitude of spices usually including cinnamon. This drink originates from India where each family uses a unique spice blend called masala. On the other hand, the products in this collection feature cinnamon. Here you can find a variety of cinnamon-forward chais in addition to other blends that celebrate this versatile spice.
