In more recent years, the aging of white tea has gained popularity, and tea enthusiasts today are attracted to collecting a of vintage years. White tea is not processed with a distinctive heat step and undergoes skillful withering to ensure the flavors and nuance are expertly preserved. Traditional Preparation
Add 6g tea leaves to a Gaiwan or Gongfu Teapot (per 150ml) Use 185deg;F water Rinse briefly and discard the water Infuse for 1 minute, 2nd infusion 40 seconds, 3rd infusion 1 minute, subsequent infusions add 20 seconds per infusion Add an additional minute for each infusion
