most other Rishi teas & accessories. I use 1 rounded tablespoon of your favorite loose leaf tea per bag. After the tea has been placed in the bag(s) I fold the flap over and seal it with a hot iron. This process works great! I then fill either a 2-cup of 4-cup Pyrex glass measuring cup with microwave-heated water and let the tea bag steep for at least 4 minutes, or longer per your individual taste. Couldn't be easier!
