Ruby Oolong Double-Dose

We source Ruby Oolong directly from a third-generation artisanal oolong maker operating in the picturesque Doi Mae Salong region of northern Thailand. Ruby Oolong is deeply oxidized and slowly baked to develop complex layers of cacao, raisin, and black cherry with a sublime, elegant structure. With its smooth texture and sweet aromatic notes of caramelized fruit and chocolate, Ruby Oolong pairs beautifully with food and has the patience to yield several infusions, each with their own aromatic nuances to savor.

These biodegradable, extra-large pyramid sachets hold 5g of Ruby Oolong and come in a 35-count bulk bag without individual wrappers. Our tea sachets are made from a plant-based, food-safe material called polylactic acid (PLA).
